Peace of Mind at Your Fingertips

Available nationwide - connect to Wellington Free Ambulance at the push of a button. Enjoy peace of mind with the most affordable in-home medical alarms in NZ.

Wellington Free Ambulance proudly partners with Freedom Medical Alarms, New Zealand’s trusted provider of medical alarms. These devices, built in New Zealand by a 100% Kiwi-owned company, offer people across the country the confidence that help is at hand when they need it most. As an accredited supplier of medical alarms for the Ministry of Social Development, Freedom Medical Alarms ensures that every device is designed to provide reliable and immediate assistance in emergencies.

When an alarm is activated, emergency triage experts get in touch directly through the base unit (or GO Pendant), or will reach out by phone in the second instance. If no response is received, emergency contacts will be alerted and an ambulance dispatched as soon as possible.

  • All our alarms can be fully government funded, for those who meet funding criteria
  • Directly connected to the 111 Clinical Communication Centre
  • Additional in-home pendant available at no extra charge for your companion living at the same address
  • First month on us
