PSIS Lends a Hand

For the second year running, PSIS branches across the greater Wellington region continue to support Wellington Free Ambulance as a charity partner. PSIS Lower Hutt branch manager Jamie Diamond says “at PSIS we pride ourselves on being actively involved in our local community. That’s why we’re absolutely delighted to be able to support such a worthy local cause".

Cherrytree Supports WFA

Cherrytree - the club for smart shoppers - has signed on again to support WFA as a charity partner in 2010. Last year Cherrytree stepped up its fundraising efforts for WFA by running events and promotions at its Wellington store, culminating in its November Open Day where an ambulance (wrapped in clear adhesive) was painted up by the children and adults who attended.

Vehicle Sponsor - Wellington Free Ambulance vehicles provide an excellent opportunity for gaining brand exposure for your business or organisation. As a vehicle sponsor, your company name would be prominently displayed on one or more ambulance vehicles. These vehicles travel hundreds of thousand of kilometres every year and become effective mobile billboards. Recognition would be provided through having the name of your organisation on the vehicle clearly visible for everyone in the community to see as well as acknowledgment in our newsletter. Or, you could ‘adopt an ambulance’ and cover the running costs of an ambulance for one or many years. The level of support provided would dictate the amount of branding provided on the ‘adopted ambulance

Equipment Sponsor - Wellington Free Ambulance has a requirement to keep its paramedic equipment up to date. Recognition for a contribution towards this would be provided through our newsletter, as well as an inscription on the unit itself. In addition a small plaque would be positioned in the ambulance acknowledging your support. Media opportunities would be pursued to provide additional recognition.
